Become a great leader by igniting the elements within you to accelerate your leadership performance.
As an Executive Coach, I enable you to visualize your leadership potential and how to get there. The process is a 1-2-3 plan:
Step 1 - Understand yourself;
Step 2 - Learn where to apply focus;
Step 3 - Determine what elements detract from excellence and minimize those distractions.
Adopt a new path forward. Are you ready to start?
Executive Coaching is not about the Coach. It is about you.
Ask yourself:
Am I ready to change?
Am I ready to hear the truth?
Am I ready to take the steps necessary to realize greatness?
If the answer is yes, then select a Coach to help you.
I believe the first criteria in selecting a coach is fit. Fit based on belief systems, culture, and approach. Below are mine. If these beliefs resonate with you, then look at my experience (under the "About" section tab) and consider whether that is relevant for you. If the answer is yes again, then contact me for a discussion to determine whether our interactions confirm what is contained on this site.
Beliefs and Approach
I believe Leaders are made not born. They are made of hard work, thoughtful introspection, creative thinking, and risk-taking.
I believe that an effective coach needs to walk in the shoes of her clients. I am a business leader who believes that a leader's success is dependent on the success of his team. That approach as a leader positioned me to excel as a coach. I built a coaching practice targeted at C-Suite executives while giving back to the student and emerging leader communities with my time.
I believe that the methodology for leadership development is to leverage a leader's drivers of success, eliminate their blind spots that limit growth, and uncover those elements of character that drive commitment to leadership development.
I believe that Coaches need to connect deeply with their clients. Aligned belief systems provide the foundation for that connection. Personal commitment to the coaching relationship delivers value.
I believe that coaches should be measured by realizing client-defined objectives on a regular basis. Undefined objectives lead to vague definitions of success resulting in wasted effort and money.
